XT Root

A 30-minute virtual grounding + mindfulness session designed to help you reconnect with your environment through sensory prompts. Perfect for reducing stress, easing anxiety, and feeling more centered — no equipment or outdoor space required.

Every Monday at 6:30 pm

XT Align

A 30-minute guided virtual stretch class that targets tension in the hips, back, and shoulders. Uses slow mobility work and breath cues to help with stress relief, flexibility, and emotional reset.

Every Tuesday at 12 pm

XT Pulse

A 30-minute virtual bodyweight HIIT-style class including strength, cardio bursts, mobility transitions, and core work. Perfect for all levels with low-impact variations and no equipment required (just space + a mat).

Every Wednesday at 5:30 pm

XT 100

A 30-minute virtual bodyweight challenge class focused on completing 100 reps of selected movements. Builds muscular endurance, stamina, and confidence in a supportive group atmosphere.

Every Thursday at 6 pm

XT Breathe

A 30-minute virtual mobility + breathwork class combining slow stretching, yoga-inspired movement, and grounding breath cues. All levels welcome.
