Whether you're restarting, recovering, or already active, we focus on improving mobility, strength, and confidence—one step at a time.

Our virtual sessions are simple: click the link at your scheduled time, bring a mat, water, and a small space to move, and we’ll guide you through the rest. All sessions are live, interactive, equipment-optional, and scalable. You’ll receive support, coaching, and mindful cues just like you would in person.

Yes—clients can use HSA/FSA for Movement Therapy, and Carly accepts insurance for Talk Therapy through Headway and Rula. We’re actively expanding our credentialing so that more clients can use their benefits. If you’re unsure what qualifies, we’re happy to walk you through it.
