A virtual rep-challenge class where we work toward 100 total reps of selected bodyweight movements—building endurance, strength, and confidence at your own pace.
XT Breathe Fridays at 12pm
A calming virtual yoga-inspired session combining gentle mobility, stretching, and guided breathwork to reduce stress and restore balance.
